This book taught me some fundamental principles. Such as, when a company has impressive growth but has no financial stability, it will kill the company. So as you build a company grow your financial strength with it. Sometimes a company has a great quarter, but don’t let that trick you into thinking that the new normal. Growth comes from setting aside a profit and will help growth exponentially. A business’s health is dependent on how sustainable its growth is. When running a business you need to be the best at one thing and not mediocre at many things. Your business is supposed to serve you not the other way around.
